I am so sorry, I totally forgot to keep you updated.
Its hard to say but I used Youtube a lot for the short videos. So I deactivated it. I also installed Instagram but I deleted it pretty fast.
On the positive side: I slowly get to appreciate the peace without Insta etc.

Digital Detox Update:
I am so sorry, I totally forgot to keep you updated.
Its hard to say but I used Youtube a lot for the short videos. So I deactivated it. I also installed Instagram but I deleted it pretty fast.

My mood and motivation are so god damn low and I feel like its connected to the social media detox...
It makes me feel really irritated and even worse: there are shorts on youtube but most of them are really bad. I don't wanna deinstall youtube so I put a timer on it... I hope that will help

Yesterday I deleted the apps and it felt weird. Luckily I didn't even have the chance to be on my phone that much, so I didn't feel a lot. But I realized very fast that I tried to open the apps, even if there are different apps now.
