i know there's albums i spun a bunch on there but i've adhd'd my way into forgetting them and the feature that's supposed to remind me of them misses the mark so fucking catastrophically

fromsoft do it a lot, often with variations. in the souls series it kinda ties in with the whole theme of keeping the world trapped in the past against its nature. the effect is quite haunting, i think.
