That's easy to say when you have good healthcare coverage (disclaimer: mine is called the NHS). It is not so easy to agree with if you, your friends or family have been denied healthcare because it was supposedly too expensive (eg anthem today announced it wants to limit anaesthetics).

I have one. I work for DHL in the UK and won an internal competition for a goody bag. Dunno what is in it. They posted it to me from DE and now Royal Mail wants £16.97 in duty and fees before it'll get delivered. Surely there should be nothing given it's a B2C transaction and a gift at that?
