1 報告 木下昌彦（嘱託研究員）「司法のデジタル化：法の支配/人の支配/機械の支配」 本報告は、法とテクノロジー（law and technology）の文脈からChatGPTに代表される大規模言語モデルによる生成AIの司法機関での利用に着目し、その使用可能性と憲法上の限界について検討したものである。 まず、報告者は、法とテクノロジーを探求するにあたって、以下のような課題があると指摘した。 ① 法学者にはコンピューターサイエンスに関する専門的な知識が欠けていること ② 論文の意義が瞬く間に失われること ③ 法とテクノロジーに膨大な公的・私的資源が投入されていること
