I am a bit ambivalent about the meat ‚replacements‘ but recently started using some veggie mince.
It’s fine, I don’t taste the difference and texture is really the same.
I don’t need vegetarian ham or something such. That’s mostly ultra processed.
Just had a vegan masala on the boat.
Nice.
