Rather happy with this one. We used a Lot Quality Assurance Sampling (LQAS) approach in surveillance of #AMR in #UTI in Indonesia. Working on this rapid surveillance approach for quite a while.

We used a decision curve analysis. That was a first, therefore slight impostor syndrome here.

TL;DR: both conventional an extended algorithm not helpful for clinical decision of UTI (and starting empirical antibiotic treatment)
