TSLA gains $10.55/share today after Howard Lutnick's Cantor Fitzgerald upgrades the stock from Hold to Buy. Lutnick is Trump's Secy of Commerce (i.e. tariff liar). Oh, and this comes after China announces its EV can be charged in 5 min. And while Tesla insiders are dumping shares.
