While the purpose of GenAI is to destroy creativity, it's existance rather inspired me to push my expression further. That and some friends who are actual artists and not just prompters.

noting down in my signal notes my potentially adhd behavior to tell a doctor later: pretty much as far as i can remember, i've always had the habit of walking around the house repeating certain actions (like drinking), today after finishing a play session with my friend victor, i stood up to get a drink, then when i came back i stood up again and took another drink from the kitchen. i also clapped in the air for nothing, almost as if trying to snap out of it. it's a little funny, but also disorienting and annoying even to myself, because i know what im doing [in the moment] is pointless and i want to stop.

verdict: java is better
a fragment of a roll the dice script in python. the highlighted code consists of initialising the dices variable, and using that in a while loop which repeatedly asks the user about how many dices they want to roll, until they provide a value within 3 and 10 inclusive. the code fragment is 3 lines long a java code block serving the same purpose as it's python counterpart. consists of initialising the dices interger, then enclosing a printline statement in a try-with-resources statement, then enclosing another try statement, which encloses the previously assigned userInput scanner, waits for an int to be given by user so it can assign that to the dices interger previously initialised. it then checks if dices are within 3 and 10, if it is, break the try loop. then the code is told to catch an exception in case something else than an int is given by the user. if that is the case, discard that input, and reassign dices to 0
