i think my favorite thing about Mario Kart World's music is that the composers are obvious T-Square fanboys LOL

a pleasant surprise for me honestly. didn't know a damn thing about this game going in and had a REALLY good time with it. it's a shame 2.5D stuff like this wasn't explored more, I think it's a sick twist on your typical platformer tropes. definitely interested in its sequel now!

my god. one of those moments where "they don't make em like they used to" rings true. glad I watched this when I did, I don't think I would have been able to appreciate this movie's themes and presentation like I do watching it as an adult. fucking brilliant
