Did one with the same colour as Bluesky dark, dim mode because it's easy to separate and looks alright on here.

I had real trouble with weird colour leaking on the export for some reason, never experienced that before.
Also bluesky changed it to a Jpeg? alright then, no transparent background I guess.

Not me personally (I don't really get the shame) but I've heard it helps a lot of people with a lot of things, Little dopamine hits to help you feel better about what you're doing when not doing anything

Have you tried maybe setting a goal on something else, even if it's beat a game or part of a game?
Just something you can Achieve or work towards instead of just playing a game. Have it somewhere you can tick it off or cross off.
Or work on some different skill maybe.
