New video time! It’s been a busy few weeks in Sunderland, with many new openings and significant developments continuing to reshape the skyline. The additions of 3 Stories and Bridge Hotel Vaults are fantastic for the city centre.

'A Look Around Sunderland City Centre'

An update on some of the changes we are seeing in the city centre.

From restoration works to old buildings to new offices soon to be complete. We have a new footbridge spanning the River Wear that will open next year!

Here are a few more shots of Culture House from Friday, when the light was stunning.

Some of the exterior bricks are now being installed, featuring a mix of brick, clay, and masonry styles that I believe will enhance the character of this new landmark at Keel Square.

How's this for a transformation?

The 3 Stories is located near Mackies Corner on High Street West and opens its doors a week today!

The glow up isn't just reserved for the building but also Pan Alley Lane to the side, which is decorated in artwork and its own hanging sign!

The new Maker & Faber offices and Wear footbridge are playing a part in moving the city forward, their reflections in the river a powerful contrast to its history as a hub of heavy shipbuilding, but now at the heart of one of the UK’s most ambitious regeneration projects.
