No. For example, in the USA, most full time salaried employees are entitled to 10 days holiday but most don’t take all 10 days because they fear for the security of their jobs. Also, employees can be instantaneously terminated at any time for no reason.

My concern is that the US and US-aligned foundations are significant funders and will hold that over the WHO.

The WHO have a lot of work to do to regain trust after their diabolical and protracted denial of airborne transmission of COVID.
