I want to like this, but it feels like it’s fake or manipulated. If you watch the lower right drawer, it wobbles when the cat hits the bowl, and then a white burst/dot flickers. Very curious. Also curious: why I care enough to comment. 🤔

While killing them is not ideal, 1) nematodes and insects likely do not experience pain and suffering the same way that more cognitively complex animals do, 2) they are not brought into existence by humans, subjected to prolonged suffering and then slaughtered—they would exist and die regardless.
