Never looked at it that way truthfully. I don't honestly expect anyone to feel the same way about SW I do. It's just something I love to watch and consume in all forms and hopefully in my lifetime they never stop. I can see why some are disappointed. Just don't view that way.

Also I'm incorrect of 82. Had to be 83 since ROTJ didn't come out till then. It's just a first memory for me as I was 4-5 at the time.

Saw ROTJ in the theaters in 80's. Almost completely memorized as a kid from watching it so much. Used to watch the trilogy once a week growing up. The SW universe is a giant empty book to me. Each new series is a new chapter in that book. Some I enjoy more than others but never want it to end.

to each their own. I've enjoyed everything that involves Star Wars from first time seeing ROTJ in 82 at the theater to the latest installments. Books, comics, movies and shows.
