Everyone insured will eventually be hurt. Insurance companies bounce payout costs back to consumers (higher premiums) to maintain profit margins and/or tighten approval for less payouts. When the ACA drop-offs start in Jan costs go up, available care goes down. Small businesses will suffer, as well.

It sucks that people in those states have to suffer, but perhaps they will vote for their own interests in the future. 🤞🏼 Some lessons need to be hard to be learned.

I can see the benefit in making that clear. Sucks that it has to be this way, though. People need to vote, it's out civic duty!

More likely they just prepped for half and grabbed it while it was hot instead of prepping the full payment in case of a stay. Workers in my state reportedly worked overnight to prep full payment and got it in right before the stay.
