I literally don't talk to people (only to my cat). Not because I didn't want to, but because I couldn't find anyone offline

You have ADHD, you have to start conversations (because you are the one who needs communication, not others, they have communication with others) and then listen that you're too talkative or too puzzle-headed, or think differently. After that you just go into your shell (again).
