Hey MnDOT don’t think you can slide this in right before the holidays without us noticing! Keep the Boulevard options on the table!
The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) is quietly eliminating the at-grade boulevard options (A and B) from the Rethinking I-94 project. This move, rushed before the holidays, deprives communities of a chance to explore a transformative alternative to the highway trench. 🧵(1/9)
