Tried a recipe for ube cheesecake tonight in preparation for @tomatanuki.bsky.social and my 5th anniversary tomorrow! Altered the steps a bit to make the whole thing ube instead of as an addition. Consistency is loose, but it should turn into a nice frozen bar by tomorrow! I'm excited to try it!
