"not just money" yeah any other sport money alone isn't sufficient to make the playoffs. Cowboys etc. Sport is broken. Let's hope the Mets never find anyone semi-competent to run them.

Being in range every year is money though. BJs may make the playoffs next year, Dodgers will be the most talented team in the sport until we are senile.

Was their really any point to that knowing how Jo's knee was gonna go? At least this way they kept the pick and didn't trade future assets. If Jo ever gets healthy again there will be more trades available like that.
