Oh, they saw it coming. Remember, they’re getting something out of Stephen Miller’s/Marco Rubio’s/Pete Kegsbreth’s actions in Venezuela. Trump isn’t doing any of this. They prop him up in front of a microphone and tell him what to say, then tell him their plans AFTER they have initiated them.
