yeah it's definitely intentional that they're vague about what exact AI theyre using, and trying to make genAI normalized in their workflows. right now the air around it is "other devs are using it too!!"

my tastes are steeped in nostalgia so i'll always find retro and stylized art direction more appealing than the realism thats popular with the general audience. i genuinely do like when games look worse
