reactivated my twitter but i feel like i could live without it now 😅

i think i learned a lot about gentleness, patience, & presence when a lot of life was remote. now that many aspects of my life are going back to in-person, more immediate, i’ve been navigating how to integrate what i’ve learned then in the now

recently i’ve just been sitting / laying down on my room’s floor to do work right after getting home from uni & i feel like it’s become a part of my flow state
