Thanks for the clarification. As one of the contributor wrote, some projects needed to be postponed because of the moving dates for the on prem Linux or Windows version. A bit more „Planungssicherheit“ would be nice.

Just makes me wonder if 23ai will be ever available on-prem, when features are back ported.

Look at the ACL settings of the db. Needs to be allowed via DBMS_NETWORK_ACL_ADMIN.
