My life revolves around work, family, and music. That's about all there is to me. Exciting. Right?
Definitely good stuff! I'll definitely tell her. She loves to hear that her great uncle's legacy continues even after retirement. :)

Stalking this. At least a dozen people will hear it by day's end.

If it were me, I'd run the QC out into the effects return of the head and defeat the cabs in the QC since you're going into a bass cab. ...but there's no rule against having the cab IRs active when going into an instrument voiced cab. If sounds good... it is good. :D

You too! I've had my QC since it was first released. While I'm not a power user, I've definitely had my experiences with it. Feel free to ask if you have any questions. :)

...the trick with FRFR is to remember modelers with FRFR is more like a mic'd cab through a PA versus an "amp in the room". I adjust my virtual microphones to give me a more amp in the room sound. :)

I do. It's a pair of Tech21 Power Engine Deuce Deluxes with matching extension cabs. I like it. They don't make them anymore tho. If i had to get another rig, it'd be a quartet Fender FR12s.

That makes two of us. I'm light in effects use too. :)

The electronics are Fender Noiseless Ultra Jazz Vintage. There's only a master volume (first large knob) and master tone (small knob) now. The "middle" knob was replaced by a Dingwall rotary pickup selector. It can now do neck only, both in series, both in parallel, and bridge only. :)
