That’s so lovely to hear! The data shows improvement but as culture change is slow, sometimes you can’t observe it as clearly. I’m really pleased though, and hope our little film can encourage a few more folks to get involved too.

How about an evidence-based documentary about women in engineering and motorsport? We launched it last week, and it was a wild year of filming and finding the right narrative, but also got to support some amazing UCL engineering interns who make up a HUGE part of the story! youtu.be/AcOLcB9lXw0?...
