As a Gen Xer I feel obligated to point out that it’s not really Red Rover unless you clothesline a kid running as fast as possible or somebody throws a punch.
Today my daughter was explaining a very fun game she played at recess and bitch it was red rover. And I was like “I know you are not explaining RED ROVER TO ME!” and I had to tell her how we broke a neighbor kids wrist once
