Ah yes, violence comes in three flavors!
Debuff Mutations are passive cards that boost effects like Shock or Mark. After meeting certain conditions, these cards unlock and strengthen your build.
For example, Shock users can unlock “Shock: Critical Discharge” as a passive upgrade.
