It has barbels (think catfish whiskers) dangling below its mouth , it has four sensory organs slightly jutting out and behind where its head is , there are two on each side and the pairs are connected by some sort of flexile webbing. It has a “fin” running vertically across the body. It hangs from a cave ceiling, surrounded by stalactites
