I have to do something very similar to this when I have to clip my cats claws.

Happy Halloween, SvenPals! My final Sven-a-Day in Spooky October is "The Incredible Shrinking Man" Classic philosophical sci-fi with excellent special effects, although its anti-cat agenda has not aged well at all. It was made in a different time, after all.

Today's Sven-a-Day in Spooky October movie is the Forty Year Old Teenager, also known as "The Blob" with Steven McQueen. This monster gave me nightmares as a kid - how do you get away from it? Another classic movie from Sven.

Winding down Spooky October Sven-A-Thon with an all-time classic movie - "Forbidden Planet" And I must say, Leslie Neilsen has never been funnier!

Non-"graphic" version
Keeping with yesterday's man vs nature theme, today's very serious October Sven-A-Thon movie is "Attack of the Killer Tomatoes" Of course, just like Nascar, I only watch it for the helicopter crash. And the beautiful music.

Today's Sven-A-Thon in October movie is "Frogs" This movie scarred me as a kid. I guess my parents didn't heed the "viewer discretion advised" warning at the start of the film. I definitely saw this one too young. I mean Sam Elliott without a mustache? Horrifying!

In honor of June Lockhart, today's Sven-A-Day in Spooky October movie is "She-Wolf of London" May her huge legacy continue to live on in our hearts and TVs.

If I had a nickle for every time a relative was turned into a human fly, I'd have two nickles, which isn't a lot, but it's weird it happened twice.

For the last Creature Feature of this Sven-A-Thon, I had to go with a Godzilla flick. I went with "Destroy All Monsters" It was a tough choice between the original, and my favorite Astro Monster, but I went with this movie because I get more monsters per pound, even if one is Minya.

Finally, Peter Lorre makes an appearance in this year's October Sven-A-Thon with 1963's "The Raven" He is joined by Vincent Price and Boris Karloff. Once again, Mr. Price is in an unhappy marriage. Is he happily married in any of these movies??? Is Peter Lorre contemplating a crime?

That's so Raven! And that's the name of today's movie in my Spooky October Sven-A-Thon. 1935's "The Raven" with Bela Lugosi and Boris Karloff. Spoiler alert - that'll be the name of tomorrow's movie as well.

Heeeeyyyyy, Abbott! Today's Sven-a-Day in Spooky October is "Abbott and Costello Meet the Invisible Man" Needed to inject some comedy here and went with one that I have not watched recently. Plus it has Fred Mertz in it.

Finally getting to Lon Chaney, Jr in my Sven-A-Thon with "House of Frankenstein" I've seen the "Wolf Man" and the Abbott & Costello movie too recently so I went with another one I haven't watched in a while - with Boris Karloff, John Carradine, and Glenn Strange.
