I do agree with this 100%... But also, Taylor Heinicke is still a FA. Along with a few others and even Riley Leonard... All better options than Rivers. This is also a product of the Colts trying to overthink everything all the time.

Absolutely! I wouldn't be surprised if Likely walks as soon as he can. He's a restricted free agent after this season too. This is horrible timing if they are going to waste the money. But hey, it's their money, I guess.

This is top 5 or 6 TE money in the league and his blown blocks of late since he has missed a step and his few drops (which seem to always be at crucial moments in the game) have been even more exposed since Lamar has been back. Totally not worth top 15 money. Much less top 6.

He's CURRENTLY avg. 3 catches for 27.7 yards and 0.4 TDs per game. He's outside the top 20 in catches, top 25 in yards and has shown HUGE regression in his blocking game and even in TDs. All he is doing is holding the team back and keeping Likely down. Likely has improved immensely as a blocker.
