I could absolutely be talking out of my ass but I think in the modern age of fighting games we really lose out on characters whose designs are so purely Weird that they're balanced by their own lack of strength. Games nowadays need everyone Pretty Strong. And that's good, but it loses personality

Fun aside, but Gen 5 introduced a new ability anger point, which maxes your attack when hit with a crit. Camerupt was given this, finally matching it's original design concept!
You mention Bii's stinger seems pasted on, always looked like surskit to me. Just spitballing though
