Scrubbed down some Iris roots this afternoon. I removed dirt but not the skin yet. This is what Orris is. Orris is Iris root. I will peel this, sun dry it, age it and use it as a fragrance material. These roots are in my perfume Ariose. My sumptuous, “flormande”.
