Thank you! There are literally a multitude of scans and methods of analysis that give more accurate representations of a body's make-up, but they choose to stay with BMI.

It's almost like their concern isnt actually body fat percentage and a good surgicla outcome, but gatekeeping trans healthcare.

I am stronger now than I have ever been, with a lot of extremely visible muscle. But that doesn't matter to the NHS, only BMI.
