I understand that today the numbers are king, but if Spotify had existed 25 or 30 years ago, the numbers from those years would have been unreachable. Hopefully, those numbers from 2023 would mean that the quality and originality of that time have returned to Jamaica.

Since 90s!? I wish, but definitely not. Even 2000-2010 was way better than the last 15 years (for me the golden era is '95-'05). Dancehall artists and producers need to be original again and not copy other genres.
