It seems I am the type of person who makes goose clothes now
I made it a little over a mile today for my morning hike — the furthest I have been able to go since my surgery a few months ago. It was a gloomy morning but the light reflected on the beech tree’s leaves giving the forest a magical glow.

After failing to work needlepoint from a chart I am testing out painting the canvas myself. Thankfully the paints and brushes I have for ttrpg minis work perfectly.

It is so dangerous to have a combo craft/book/antiques shop nearby. But look, the pretty yarn matches the pretty book.

Working out big feelings with needle and thread. When I can, I help remove invasive plants from a local park. I feel kinship with the trees being torn down by the weight of something that is not supposed to be there as my body often feels like it is slowly being torn apart.
