No coincidence that those #retiring in 2050 will be the first generation where #studentloans and #tuitionfees were introduced. Maybe people could have put away more if #wages weren’t being eaten up by the repayments. It’ll only get worse for future generations.

Future pensioners are set to be worse off than today's with four-in-10 not saving enough for retirement, says the DWP.

The most important thread you'll read today. In brief: Europe has the power to save Ukraine and slip into the leadership position America has vacated. It must grasp it. And Europeans must pressure their governments to do so.
Ok folks, deep breaths.

There is very real reason to worry about the dynamic emerging between Washington and Moscow when it comes to Ukraine. But there is also very real reason to believe that Ukraine and Europe can create a better outcome.

(A rather long 🧵, obviously)

After 6.5 years of #studying #parttime all whilst trying to hold down (and still doing) a FT job I finally passed my final exam at the #LSO.

I’m now an #osteopath.

Now the real learning begins as I find my way in a new career. Also need to look for a clinic who will take me as an associate.

England's water industry promises £22bn environmental investment, funded by rising bills.

Previous promises?

Customers already paid for years. Companies didn't invest, paid dividends, dumped sewage. Why pay again?

Soon water will cost more than energy.

Tories and Reform in some spat about membership numbers is exactly the kind of playground garbage we’ve come to expect from these two vile political parties.
What unserious, undignified fuckwits they are. Deeply pathetic nasty little people with petty grudges who would be viciously useless in power.
