Ms. Patricia began this comprehensive ctr, serving ppl w/ #disabilities of all ages. Amazing to see what 1 person can do: Medical, agricultural, laundry, & additional services all in one place. I asked her what she needed the most, & she said, "Food, electricity (pay as you go)," & adult diapers.
