General strike whenever you’re tired of all this.
Yes, that’s what I assume will happen as the third step if they actually do get pushed back from less NIMBY-abled communities. Or a large number of smaller facilities, scattered around states and cities.

Seriously. Obviously, most of us would prefer that they did not open concentration camps at all, but since they are determined to do so, it feels like this Nimby-ism is just going to push it into communities that don’t have the capacity to push back.

You seem really upset about a semantic argument. I do not view minor logistics, access to facilities, and volunteer personnel as substantial material support. You clearly do, fine - we can agree to disagree.

Read quickly because I’m blocking you after this comment. I asked you to leave me alone.

Yeah, again I don’t know what this has to do with my original comment contextualizing that the military does not provide substantial material support to the Scouts and that doing this would also hurt the military. Since I’ve made that clear, please leave me alone.

I’m unsure why you’re being so strident about this. I was not defending the Secretary of Defense's position. If that’s how you viewed my reply, then you most certainly misunderstood it.

And most certainly, a good solution is not giving in to bullying. If they lose their room on a base for the next 3 years, then adults should explain that sometimes there are consequences for doing what’s right.

You’re overstating the issue. The surrounding communities could and would easily pick up the slack of offering rooms for people to have meetings. And also, he never said he would forbid service members from continuing to help scouts on their free time. You should think a bit more.

We only use local storage. Even before the explosion of the surveillance state, I wasn’t going to pay some company to keep videos of my stoop up in the cloud.

They’re great if used responsibly. Even in the city (small city), 98% of our videos are of various wildlife, people‘s pets, and deliveries. We have had a few concerning incidents, but most of the time it’s just a person at the wrong house.

I think all the Bqelcher kids did progress one grade a season or two ago, and that gave me some hope. I’ve never written a fan letter before, but maybe I will and be like please don’t shit the bed on this and give us a little time skip 🤷🏾‍♂️ I don’t want them to turn into the Simpsons

I think about this a lot with good series. Much better than a reboot, let the characters grow up. I feel like it’s time for the Bob’s Burger’s kids to age up a grade or two

A 250-year plan to do anything other than openly acknowledge structural disadvantage and support early education while actively denying that the US is not culturally homogenous, lacks centralized enforcement capacity, and has strong subnational autonomy.

Pathetic. They’re now trying to juice the numbers by “encouraging” members of the military to buy and attend showings

I think about this all the time. It feels like the main barrier is how disbursements are made (including is there more compensation for more popular newsletters, and how that works), how administrative overhead is paid for, and how the administration is structured/run.

Getting beat up by local youths and then catching a wrap for it is NOT the rep you want going into the system
