I'm also finding a couple of Reddit groups helpful. I don't know if what your gender is, but r/adhdwomen on Reddit is really good. I'm currently experimenting with apps, I'll let you know if I'm finding anything useful.

I'm reading the book "You mean I'm not lazy stupid or crazy?!" 2 work related things stand out:1) aversion to details 2) inability to 'switch channels' due to differences in the ADHD brain, which results in stuff likeunanswered emails and unfinished reports which bosses interpret as incompetence.
