When I did my research on the camera part of this a year or so ago (though decided not to act), I was looking at Reolink. They’ve got Wi-Fi 6 cameras and seem pretty easy to use with a home NAS plus they sell their own NVR/“home hub” options

Strong recommend for cameras to use local network cameras and a NAS for video storage. The police can gain access to basically all the others without a warrant by directly requesting them from the camera co (and they all allow it)
