The 2nd main character is Heather Magran. They're a 21 y.o. changeling and politician who temporarily took over their father's job, who became seriously ill. Unlike Eneru, they're a sweetheart whose sole purpose is to make the world a better place and help those in need.

Hey, so for the first publication, I introduce you to one of the main characters, Eneru Ner'Khal, who's a 17 years old young criminal formatted to kill rich and corrupted people. He struggles with social interactions because he doesn't really understand how emotions and relationships work.
