Can't believe there is actually the taste of grape in my coffee. Gesha beans are unreal. Very tea-like body and once it cools, the white tea shows up. Very tropical from start to finish as well. Sweetest bean I've ever roasted.

Excited to taste test in the morning. Pink Bourbon and Java Blawan Estates. They each smell incredible. Java has notes of cocoa and spices and the Bourbon smells like candy and slightly floral.

Dominican Republic Organic Red Ramirez beans. Lightly roasted. A delicious bean, to be sure! Though it has to cool to get the fruit notes like Strawberry and Stone Fruit.
