I been eating 6-7 all beef hot dogs every morning about 6:30 in the morning, gets my stomach filled up until dinner. Then I’ll eat 10-15 all beef hotdogs depending on whether I have my kids or not. If I get a little peckish during the day I just go outside and eat a few grasshoppers or spiders
