[Haskelll] the language is absolutely wonderful. The ecosystem is production-ready. It's not a technical issue.
The problem is that Haskell elites are trying to build and push communism. As a result, there is no proper merit principle and there is no freedom of thought.
Well, you can express your dissent opinions, but you'll be excommunicated silently ("don't engage with jerks" they, Haskell elites, say). Good luck with getting a fair assessment of your contributions. You'll be simply ignored by the top. But it is a progress because a couple of years ago you would be excommunicated loudly.
There is no motivation to improve the ecosystem unless you fully buy the narratives ("economy of gift" as an euphemism of communism). And who are getting promoted and appreciated? Just look who are the elites and you'll know. Everyone irrespective of the contribution. Everyone is equal, but some are more equal than others.
The language/community is academic, but in a different way than it was 10 years ago. 10 years ago, Haskell was technically academic. Today, it's socially academic.
The approaches of social interaction are directly taken from academia. It is not about creative collaborative individualism. It is about pink unicorn collectivism. Social lifts work for only like-minded people. If you are a business person or a regular developer, you'll be pissed off by this.

I've been using Zen Browser for about two months and it has been a pretty good experience. It feels like there is more space on the screen and it prevents me from accidentally leaving ~100 tabs open
