I know how to run stuff through Wine at a basic level, but when programs depend on other software such as .NET Framework I don't know how to handle it.

I'll give OpenShot a try first. It sounds nice.

That sounds wonderful, thank you Finnley!
I'll give OpenShot a try right away. ^-^

It would be nice to have the whole collection on YouTube. ^-^

Only the perfect one. Or maybe two playlists. A-tier and B-tier recordings.

Exactly this. SMB1 has a very unique feel to the way you accelerate and the weight of Mario's jumps. And when I try to play Super Mario Maker the different physics always remind me that this is just a reskin of NSMB and not the real SMB1.

For SMB3 and World it's less noticeable but still a problem.

Nono, that's absolutely fine. Many people enjoyed it, and the concept of having several styles of Mario games included is amazing.

It's just for me personally, I didn't gel with the physics. My muscle memory of playing the Super Mario Bros. games as a kid didn't work with Mario Maker.

That sounds super exciting ^-^

Still a great song. Thank you for using my sunset picture. ^-^

I love the collabs between you two and it'd be so cool to see it happen again in the future. Double cat powered music is pretty great. 💛

Ah, didn't think of that. That makes a lot of sense.

I don't fully understand the need for a dedicated Steam OS home console. I can already connect my Steam Deck to a monitor and controller for a console like experience.

What makes this better or different from a docked Steam Deck?

If you liked something but the creator later turns out to be an awful person, how do you deal with it?

Pretend it doesn't matter since the thing they created is/was enjoyable?

That doesn't feel right to me. I can't go back to those books without thinking of the person who wrote them.
