i could be doing the math wrong but assuming each leg is independently-5%, wouldn’t an 11-leg parlay with a doubled payout be ~13% player edge? this seems more like a way for them to avoid paying tax on gambling revenue. and of course anyone who leverages these parlay boosts optimally will be banned
