Ahhh we shall see. The working tech part sounds like every other con expect mondocon tbf (where somehow events ALWAYS start exactly on time gasp instead of 15 minutes late like animecon etc 😂)

Tbf ok to watch often means more average cosplayers and acts which has its charm. I love the amazing ones but I also really enjoy seeing a casual cosplayer doing a cute dance as idk a Genshin character and trying their best :3)

One advantage of that is usually that it means normal mere mortals can join it and have a chance of winning instead of only the best with a decade of experience and +++ time and money to spend on every costume, for a bright spot...

What do you mean very problematic VA? Where did they say that? I expect any VA popular enough with visitors to have it pay out to be not very problematic (which tbf can mean anything it seems...) tbh 😂 otherwise no one will want to come for them so it won't work out... I'd think.

It's an okay fun weekend with friends and I will go again if NOT at the same time as other one but animecon abunai etc definitely have way more to do. I just thought dokomi also fell under that. I know the kinjin guys are there too for example 😂 (they told me)

Yes crap con Holland was who I meant in my post yes. Now animecon (where I've been going every time since 2011) is begging for donations since they lost so much ticket sales they might not make the broodfabriek venue next year (which might be a good thing ehe)

There is a ton of them. Both clubs in many cities, the Dutch national go association, national championship, and they're also at the big anime conventions as well
