oh, tear downs happen in California, just not the duplex or 4plex. most are tech people building over large houses for ridiculous prices

They did this in California a few years back and almost nothing has been built. You can’t force people to sell their homes. And most aren’t interested in tearing their home down.

Anyone who has lived in a big city knows that it’s really just a collection of small towns, aka neighborhoods.

86% of America lives in a metropolitan, big city, area. That seams pretty ‘real’ to me.
