This game has not left my hard drive for 35 years. It's got the worst driving minigame ever, the controls are frankly insane, amd the way the campaign is structured makes the game absurdly long.

But the core "race against time" loop is so good i keep coming back to it.

When will graphics get better than this?

So why the griping? Well, I've seen growing sentiment that folks should be faster in their output and, well....

there's so many creators doing fantastic work, but when folks put in the extra effort it takes longer. Plus, we have lives to manage in this hellscape. Patience - works will come.

The second is dungeon crawlers take longer to get footage from because they are notoriously difficult. So... I have to find and translate pages and guides wayback'd. Once the vid is done I'll make them available. Mostly because I want to see speed runners destroy the game out of pure vengeance.

It's coming, folks. Just taking a while. I'll go into why things are taking a bit in the next couple of posts.

Fun retro pickup today for a couple bucks at a nearby store I like - The Mansion of Hidden Souls for Saturn. SACOM adventure games are always pretty charming even if they sometimes miss the mark a bit.
