This is a big thread! I’m trying to understand the mentality.. I don’t know why that’s on the Mt. Rushmore of qualities one looks for, at all. I know for me, I enjoy the back and forth banter, but it’s also a byproduct of organic chemistry?.. I think I’m just as confused as you are. Lol

We call that the Dude Crew. Where you’ll have 5-10 dudes, in the largest circle possible, talking about what they should work on next, and nothing actually gets done. Also, they will not move for anyone.
